Website terms of use

2.1 Acceptance and scope

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the notices incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These terms govern this provisional informational website and its enquiry tool only. They do not expand the company’s documented activity or create authority to conduct an activity. Any transaction would require its own authorised written agreement, which would govern the subject matter it covers and prevail over inconsistent website language.

2.2 Informational website; no transaction formed

Website content is general corporate and aircraft-parts enquiry information. It is not an offer, acceptance, quotation, commitment, confirmation of availability, solicitation, public listing, prospectus, investment recommendation, valuation, airworthiness statement, technical release, legal opinion, tax advice, financial advice, brokerage confirmation, fiduciary undertaking, warranty, or binding mandate. It does not offer any activity outside the scope recorded in the supplied Trade Licence. Sending an enquiry, receiving an acknowledgement, or discussing an aircraft-parts requirement does not create a contract, agency, partnership, advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, employment, exclusivity, or confidential relationship.

2.3 Eligibility, authority, and accurate information

You may use the site only if you can lawfully do so and, when acting for an organisation, have authority to bind or represent it for the purpose of the enquiry. You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, identify the nature of your authority, and promptly correct a material error. Do not impersonate another person, misstate ownership of aircraft parts or components, conceal a restricted party, or submit an aircraft-parts enquiry you are not authorised to make.

2.4 Permitted use

You may view, print, or retain a reasonable copy of public pages for your internal evaluation of whether to contact SKYINVEST. No other licence is granted. You must not copy the website for a competing service, republish aircraft-parts or enquiry language as your own, use the brand to suggest endorsement, or remove a legal, copyright, or provenance notice.

2.5 Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • interfere with the site, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, or overload an endpoint;
  • scrape, harvest, train on, mirror, frame, or systematically extract site content, enquiry data, contact details, imagery, or aircraft-parts information without written permission;
  • submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, controlled, sanctioned, restricted, export-controlled, classified, or improperly obtained material;
  • upload maintenance records, technical data, personal data, passport details, payment-card data, health data, or other sensitive material through the introductory form;
  • use the site to evade sanctions, export controls, customs rules, anti-bribery controls, anti-money-laundering duties, competition rules, aviation safety rules, or applicable licensing requirements; or
  • represent a generated image, general capability statement, or private parts discussion as proof of ownership, availability, condition, certification, authority, regulatory approval, or supply readiness.

2.6 Availability, accuracy, and changes

We aim to keep public information accurate but do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for a particular aircraft-parts enquiry. Aircraft-parts and market information can change quickly and must be independently verified. We may correct, withdraw, suspend, or change website content and functionality without notice. We do not promise that a submitted enquiry will be accepted, answered, or pursued.

2.7 Third-party resources

A link to a third-party site is provided for convenience or source attribution. It does not mean that SKYINVEST controls, endorses, guarantees, or accepts responsibility for that site, its security, its accuracy, or its terms. Review the third party’s terms and privacy notice before using it.

2.8 Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, title, availability, or accuracy. SKYINVEST is not liable for an indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, or reliance loss arising only from use of the public website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or any mandatory consumer right. Any transaction-specific allocation of risk must be set out in a separately signed agreement after diligence.

2.9 Suspension and preservation

We may restrict access, preserve relevant records, or refer activity to a competent authority where reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, rights holders, counterparties, or legal compliance. This does not create a duty to monitor every submission.

2.10 Governing law, disputes, and mandatory rights

Subject to any mandatory rule and any different governing-law or dispute clause in a signed agreement, these website terms are intended to be governed by the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. The competent courts of Dubai are intended to have jurisdiction. This clause remains provisional pending UAE-qualified counsel review.

2.11 General provisions

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. Headings assist navigation only. The English text is the current working version; where Arabic is legally controlling or required, an approved Arabic version must be issued and will prevail to the extent required by law.

Privacy notice

3.1 Controller and scope

If website enquiry or role-address processing is activated, the entity recorded in the supplied documents as SKYINVEST SPARES TRADING - FZCO is intended to act as controller of personal data submitted directly through group-skyinvest.com or an activated company role address. This notice covers website visitors, enquirers, aircraft-parts buyers and suppliers, and professional contacts. It does not govern a third party’s independent processing.

Current provisional data flow: no receiving endpoint is configured in the current published build, so the form does not transmit entries; it stores unfinished drafts only in the visitor’s browser. If an endpoint is later activated, data will be transmitted when the visitor selects Send, and the interface will distinguish confirmed delivery from an unconfirmed outcome. The hosting provider may process ordinary access and security logs. Email aliases, catch-all handling, the receiving endpoint, named processors, retention settings, and international-transfer safeguards must be activated, tested, and recorded before the corresponding processing is treated as operational.

3.2 Data we may process

  • Identity and professional contact data: name, organisation, role, business email, business phone, and professional correspondence.
  • Aircraft-parts enquiry data: stated intent, generic part, component, inventory, or stock-list description, geography, timing, quantity, requirements, and the authority or role you describe.
  • Communication and diligence data: messages, meeting notes, records shared later through an agreed channel, and information reasonably needed to assess a buyer or supplier, authority, conflicts, sanctions, export controls, and aircraft-parts supply risk.
  • Technical and security data: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and device information, security events, and server logs processed by the hosting provider.
  • Local draft data: form fields and a submission reference stored in your own browser as explained in the local-storage notice below.

Do not submit sensitive personal data, payment details, passport or identity documents, health information, criminal-record information, controlled technical data, aircraft or component records, or confidential supply or purchase documents through the introductory form. If such information later becomes necessary for a permitted aircraft-parts activity, an appropriate secure channel and purpose must first be agreed.

3.3 Sources

Data may come from you, the organisation you represent, an aircraft-parts buyer or supplier, an authorised business contact, public business sources, sanctions and compliance databases, official registries, or service providers supporting a lawful aircraft-parts diligence process. When source recording is required or reasonably practicable, the operational process must preserve that source.

3.4 Purposes and legal grounds

We may process personal data to:

  • receive, preserve, qualify, and respond to an enquiry;
  • take requested steps before a possible permitted aircraft-parts supply or purchase agreement and administer a later agreement;
  • verify identity, authority, ownership assertions concerning parts or components, conflicts, sanctions, export-control considerations, and buyer or supplier suitability;
  • protect the site, prevent abuse and duplicate submissions, investigate security events, and establish or defend legal rights;
  • comply with legal, regulatory, court, government, accounting, audit, and recordkeeping duties; and
  • send business development communications only where lawful and appropriately consented to or otherwise permitted, with an available opt-out.

Depending on context, processing may rely on clear consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, protection of rights, compliance with law, or another lawful ground recognised under applicable UAE data-protection law. We will not use introductory enquiry data for unrelated mass marketing.

3.5 Recipients and processors

Once enquiry delivery, role email, or the requested catch-all is activated, access must be limited to authorised SKYINVEST personnel and advisers who need the information. Data may be disclosed to hosting, email, security, IT, cloud, document, compliance, professional-advisory, audit, or aircraft-parts supply-support providers under appropriate duties; to a potential buyer or supplier only where relevant and authorised; or to a competent authority where legally required. Misdirected catch-all messages must be segregated or deleted under an approved handling rule. Introductory enquiry data must not be sold.

3.6 International transfers

Aircraft-parts sourcing can be cross-border. Data may be accessed or processed outside the UAE where a service provider, adviser, or relevant buyer or supplier is located. Before a material transfer, the operational process must assess and document the purpose, recipient, protection level, contractual safeguards, and any consent or legal condition required by applicable law. No public-site statement replaces agreement-specific transfer diligence.

3.7 Retention

Browser drafts remain on the visitor’s device until cleared, replaced, delivered and removed, or deleted through browser site-data controls. Hosting-log retention is controlled by the configured hosting service. Before receiving enquiries or email, SKYINVEST must approve and document a retention schedule for introductory enquiries, security logs, email, diligence, accounting, sanctions, dispute, and aircraft-parts supply or purchase records. Records may then be retained only for the approved business or legal purpose and the period required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

3.8 Security

Activation is conditioned on proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, including access restriction, data minimisation, secure transport, account protection, backup, processor diligence, and incident handling. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not use the introductory form for sensitive or high-value aircraft-parts supply or purchase records.

3.9 Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, a data subject may request information about processing; access; correction; deletion; restriction; cessation or objection; data transfer where applicable; and review of certain automated processing. Consent may be withdrawn prospectively where processing depends on consent. A complaint may be made to the UAE Data Office or other competent authority once the appropriate channel is available. We may need to verify identity and authority before acting on a request.

3.10 Children and automated decisions

The website is intended for business users aged 18 or over. It is not directed to children. The introductory website does not make a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect; qualification decisions are intended to involve human review.

3.11 Privacy requests

The planned privacy address is privacy@group-skyinvest.com. Activation and monitoring are pending, so it is not currently an available rights-request route and visitors must not send personal data to it. A working, tested privacy channel must be published before email or enquiry processing is activated. Do not include sensitive documents until identity and a secure reply channel are confirmed.

Cookies and local-storage notice

The current website code does not deploy advertising cookies, behavioural analytics, social-media pixels, or cross-site tracking. A consent banner is therefore not displayed for optional tracking technology. If analytics, advertising, embedded third-party media, or non-essential cookies are added later, this notice and the consent mechanism must be updated before activation.

The enquiry tool uses limited first-party browser storage for functional and safety purposes:

This storage is not used for advertising or cross-site profiling. A user can remove it with the enquiry tool’s Clear draft control where available, or through browser site-data settings. Clearing site data may remove an unsent draft or the local record of an uncertain delivery. The hosting provider may independently keep standard security and access logs as described in the Privacy Notice.

Documented activity and prohibited inferences

  • Documented activity. The supplied Trade Licence records one activity: Aircraft Spare Parts & Components Trading / تجارة قطع غيار الطائرات ومكوناتها.
  • No broader aviation service. The website does not offer or invite aircraft or engine acquisition, sale, placement or leasing; airline or fleet transactions; airline operation; operating-platform services; aircraft finance; or an activity outside the documented activity.
  • No investment, brokerage, or advisory service. The website does not offer or invite investments, securities, collective-investment interests, deposits, financial products, fundraising, crowdfunding, capital placement, investment management, financial advice, brokerage, agency, finder, fiduciary, or mandate services. SKYINVEST must not be inferred to be a bank, fund, investment manager, securities broker, financial adviser, crowdfunding platform, or regulated financial institution.
  • No public offer or solicitation. Nothing on the website is an offer, invitation, or solicitation concerning securities, financial products, aircraft, engines, leases, airline interests, or any other asset or transaction. No part or inventory item is represented as currently offered or available.
  • No inventory representation. Photography is illustrative. It does not depict current inventory, a live aircraft, an owned asset, a particular operator, or a transaction available through SKYINVEST.
  • No technical release. Website content is not an airworthiness determination, maintenance instruction, export classification, parts certification, condition report, appraisal, records review, title opinion, or acceptance recommendation.
  • Independent diligence required. Any possible transaction requires independent verification of title, authority, identity, technical condition, records, trace, liens, maintenance status, configuration, export/import requirements, sanctions, customs, tax, insurance, financing, operational permissions, and all applicable legal and regulatory approvals.
  • No guaranteed outcome. An introduction, discussion, or request for information does not guarantee availability, funding, pricing, acceptance, closing, delivery, return, yield, airworthiness, operation, or counterparty performance.
  • Professional advice. Each party must obtain its own legal, technical, aviation, tax, accounting, insurance, financial, sanctions, and export-control advice before acting.

Enquiry, confidentiality, and submission rules

The introductory form has no receiving endpoint in the current build. If it is later activated, it may be used only for preliminary enquiries consistent with the documented activity and must collect only the minimum information needed to assess such an enquiry. It is not a channel for aircraft, engine, airline, fleet, lease, investment, fundraising, brokerage, agency, advisory, finder, or mandate requests. Do not submit confidential records, price-sensitive documents, personal identity documents, detailed aircraft records, technical files, contracts, bank information, export-controlled data, or material owned by another party.

A submission is not confidential merely because it concerns a non-public aircraft-parts enquiry. Confidentiality starts only under a written non-disclosure obligation signed or expressly accepted by authorised parties. Until then, describe the parts requirement or availability in general terms and disclose only information you are authorised to share.

The form uses a submission reference and an idempotency key to reduce accidental duplicate processing. If the receiving service does not confirm delivery, the interface preserves the same reference for a retry and labels the status honestly as unknown. Starting a new enquiry must not be treated as cancelling, withdrawing, or replacing an earlier request that may have been delivered.

SKYINVEST may decline, pause, segregate, or request additional verification for any enquiry. No website content, form selection, submission, acknowledgement, or discussion appoints SKYINVEST or any person as agent, broker, representative, finder, adviser, fiduciary, or exclusive intermediary. The supplied documents do not evidence any such licensed capacity, and no such role is offered through this website.
